Our A2 Ghee is crafted exclusively from the fresh milk of A2 cows raised on our own farm, ensuring complete quality control from farm to jar. Unlike many commercial ghee brands that rely on milk collected from multiple sources or cream (malai), we prepare our ghee using only whole A2 cow milk. Made through the traditional Bilona method, our ghee is slow-churned from cultured curd and carefully simmered in small batches to preserve its natural aroma, nutrition, and purity. We never use industrial shortcuts or mass-production techniques. The milk comes from free-grazing cows that are raised in a stress-free, hormone-free environment and nourished with natural feed.
