Our Story
A return to the food our grandmothers knew. Sourced fairly. Made slowly. Shared honestly.

Our Story
We own a cow farm in District Fatehabad, Haryana, and in this competitive world we have begun a new journey with our brand Payodhara Foods. With this initiative, we are bringing to you premium by-products made from the milk of our pure Desi A2 Indian cows.
Our story goes back five generations, closely associated with our ancestral farm. Earlier, we directly supplied our A2 cow milk to Vita Dairy. Today, we are taking a step forward by creating value-rich products, starting with A2 Cow Ghee, crafted using the traditional Bilona method.
Quality & Ethics First
At Payodhara Foods, quality and ethics come first.
- 100% Adulteration-Free
- Cruelty-Free Practices
- Free-Grazing, Un-tied Cows
- Traditional Bilona Preparation
- Pure A2 Cow Milk Only
Our cows freely graze in a natural environment, which supports their well-being and helps preserve the nutritional and hormone-balancing benefits that A2 products are known for.
Fair to farmers
We work directly with farming families across fourteen Indian states. No middlemen. No commodity-market pricing. Our farmers know what their grain or milk will sell for before they harvest, and they get paid within seven days.
Four percent of every order we ship goes back into the farmer welfare fund - building water-harvesting structures, soil-regeneration programs, and education stipends for farmer children. It is not charity. It is the cost of doing this kind of business honestly.
What we stand for
Four commitments we make on every jar.
Purity Over Profit
No additives, no fillers, no shortcuts. Lab-tested every batch.
Slow Over Scale
Bilona, stone-ground, sun-cured. The slow ways still work.
People Over Margins
Direct from farms. Fair prices, on time.
